Wine Tasting for Sat.

29Jul2017

From 11:00 AM until 03:00 PM

  • Tokaj Furmint Estate 2014. From producer Beres, the furmint grape is indigenous to the Tokaj region of Hungary. Furmint has been grown there since 1611. A crisp, citrusy, refreshing white that received a 90-point Wine Enthusiast rating and a Wine & Spirits Best Buy pick. We love this wine that goes so well with seafood, chicken or summer salads.
  • Finger Lakes Dry Rosé 2016. From producer Keuka Springs, a blend of Cabernet Franc and Lamberger. Keuka Springs has been in the business for 30 years, and has won numerous awards for its rosés and Rieslings. The 2016 rosé is fresh and fruity with hints of strawberry, apricot and vanilla. It pairs beautifully with salmon, tandoori chicken, tabbouleh salad and the outdoors in general. 23%-barrel fermentation, and the palest rose out of the Finger Lakes.
